Paper.space is a cloud-based desktop environment that allows you to access a complete Linux desktop from any web browser. In this tutorial, you will learn how to install Paper.space on Kali Linux Latest.
Prerequisites
Before you start the installation process, make sure you have the following prerequisites:
- Kali Linux Latest installed
- Internet connection
Step 1: Download the Paper.space installation script
- Open your web browser and go to https://dedicatedcode.com/projects.html
- Click on the "Download" button for the "Paper.space Linux Install Script" file.
- Save the file to your Downloads folder.
Step 2: Install Paper.space
- Open the Terminal on your Kali Linux machine by pressing
Ctrl+Alt+T.
- Navigate to the Downloads folder by typing the following command:
cd Downloads
- Run the following command to make the installation script executable:
chmod +x Paper.space.Linux.Install.Script.sh
- Run the installation script by typing the following command:
./Paper.space.Linux.Install.Script.sh
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
Step 3: Launch Paper.space
- Once the installation process is complete, open your web browser and navigate to https://paper.space.
- Log in using your Paper.space credentials.
- Select the "Linux Desktop" icon to launch your Paper.space environment.
- Enter your Paper.space credentials again to log in to your Linux desktop.
